Hi, I'm Jack Wadman, a dedicated and passionate personal trainer based in Horsham, West Sussex. With over 5 years of experience in the fitness industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my training sessions.
I hold a Level 3 personal training qualification and a Diploma in food science nutrition, ensuring that I provide my clients with the most up-to-date and effective training and nutritional advice.
In addition to my qualifications, I currently compete nationally in strongman competitions and am proud to hold the title of England's Strongest Man U23 2023. With a personal best deadlift of 350kg (771lbs), I bring not just knowledge, but real-world strength and experience to my training sessions.
But my achievements are not just about lifting heavy weights. My true satisfaction comes from the success of my clients. I’ve helped individuals lose up to 14 stone, recover and strengthen after serious back injuries and surgeries, and improve their overall posture and strength. One of my proudest moments was helping clients walk without the aid of walking sticks, showcasing the transformative power of tailored fitness and rehabilitation programs.
